WOOF Pet Care Service Agreement

This Pet Care Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WOOF Pet Care ("Service Provider") and the Pet Parent ("Client"). By signing below, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

WOOF Pet Care offers the following services:

  • Drop-In Visits

  • Overnight Stays

All services will be performed with professionalism, care, and attention to the pet’s well-being.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Payment will be processed after the service is completed.

  • Clients may cancel up to the day of the scheduled service and will receive a full refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their pet(s), including medical history, behavioral notes, feeding instructions, and emergency contacts.

  • Ensure the home environment is safe and accessible for the Service Provider during scheduled visits.

  • Inform the Service Provider of any household cameras or security systems present.

4. Pet Health & Safety

  • The Client affirms that their pet(s) are free from contagious illnesses and up-to-date on required vaccinations.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, WOOF Pet Care will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client. If unreachable, the Service Provider is authorized to seek veterinary care. The Client is responsible for all related costs.

5. Liability

  • WOOF Pet Care is not liable for damage or injury caused by pets that are unsupervised outside of scheduled services.

  • The Client agrees to release the Service Provider from liability for any events that occur due to pre-existing medical conditions, behavioral issues not disclosed, or hazards within the home.

6. Keys & Home Access

  • The Client agrees to provide reliable access to the home (key, code, lockbox, etc.).

  • Any keys provided will be securely stored and returned upon request.

7. Photos & Updates

  • As part of the service, the Service Provider may send photo updates of the pet(s) to the Client. Photos may also be used for marketing purposes with the Client's consent.

8. Scheduling & Time Windows

  • The Service Provider will make every effort to arrive within the agreed-upon time window. Unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly.

9. Emergency Weather & Conditions

  • In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the Service Provider will prioritize pet safety and may adjust visit length or schedule. The Client will be notified.

10. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Refunds will follow the cancellation policy stated above.

11. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, the Client agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
